Leave the USA on an overnight flight to Bilbao.

Day 1 - Today we arrive in Madrid. Transfer on your own from airport to Hotel Emperador in the in this Historic City. Spend the day exploring Madrid on your own.

Tonight we will meet in the lobby at 7:30 for our Welcome Dinner and meet your host and fellow travelers. We will walk 12 minutes a dinner a day ahead at Botin Restaurant the Oldest Restaurant in the World,for our Welcome Dinner to meet your host and fellow travelers. You will enjoy 2 different wines with your amazing dinner.

Day 2 - Leave on the Coach at 9:30 am. Start our journey to Segovia a beautiful Historial town with many sites to see. You will have 3 1/2 hours to visit Segovia.

Have lunch (on your own)

We leave Segovia at 3:00 pm and head to Valladolid where we will be staying at the Hotel Hotel Imperial for 2-nights. Where we will stay in the heart of the City.

LUNCH AND DINNER ON YOUR OWN

Day 3 - We will meet in the lobby at 10:35 am, to visit a winery then when we return we can relax or explore this tranquil city a La leyenda del Pisuerga Boat trip (optional).

Bodegas Salvueros Winery:

The rosé and red wines have received important international awards and recognition.

Planted on our vineyards with more than 60 years of history. They are also working with other Tinto varieties, Garnacha Gris and Verdejo, which have had so much to do with their historic and renowned rosés.

Originally it was the land of rosés, which today are more modern, aromatic and appetizing, with raspberry red colors, which invite you to have a cool drink, let yourself be attracted by its aromas and enjoy its flavors, accompanied by an exquisite pairing. with different types of menus.

Board the La leyenda del Pisuerga Boat for a trip down the waters of Valladolid. We'll sail along the Pisuerga River, passing by such iconic landmards as the Duque de Lerma skyscraper and the Hispanidad Bridge (one of the most significant engineering works in the city). We'll see the rose Garden the Puente Mayor Bridge and what was once the Palacio de la Ribera.
- This will last 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Spend the afternoon enjoying the sites of Valladolid

That will leave the remainer of the day to relax and explore the city.

Day 4 - We will be boarding the Coach at 9:15 am. We will have one Winery tastings on the way to Alava, Spain where we will stay 3 nights at the Hotel Viura.

We will drive 1 hour for our first stop at Bodegas Portia Ribera del Duero with lunch

Day 5 - We will leave at 12:45 pm for a winery which will leave the morning to yourself to explore.

Day 7 - Leave to for Bilbao where we will stay at Hotel Hesperia - one of the most picturesque cities in Spain.

On the way to Bilbao we will stop at Bodegas Katxina Txakolina Winery with Michelin Star lunch

Day 8 - We will visit the Guggenheim Museum with Lunch included then you have the rest of the day to expore the city on your own.

Day 9 - Meet at 1:30 pm in the lobby for a Cooking Class
